We meet several times per week (Women Only) walking out in Nature; At the Park, Mountains (Weather Permitting.) Or other Venues (Starting in November/December we will meet once per week to workout at My Studio). After a refreshing walk to heal the body, most times we explore the scenery around us. We have a Schedule of Events Scheduled all Month long. We Offer Many Amenities at a Low Cost with our monthly Subscription Service. You can cancel anytime or join us on a seasonal basis.
